  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Associate, Client Onboarding (COB) Projects (12 Months Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting agreed upon objectives and KPIs.

  • Providing strategic project governance support, monitoring project progress ensuring projects are on track to meet deliveries and deadlines

  • Framing of project initiatives (strategy, scoping, approach design, roadmap, milestones, deadlines, etc.) and running project management and governance forums (e.g. Steering Committee, Operational Committee, etc.)

  • Drive decisions to ensure optimal solutions are based on both commercial and business requirements

  • Collaborate with various internal teams such as sales, operations, compliance, legal and technology to ensure seamless delivery

  • Promote constant improvement and efficiency in the client onboarding process while maintaining rigid compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies.

  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.

  • Create and deliver project reports, proposals, and necessary documentation.

  • Perform business analysis work such as gathering business requirements, providing analysis and verification of data, activity mapping, etc…

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree qualified.​

  • Minimum 7 years’ of working experience in banking or financial sectors.​

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Client Onboarding processes.​

  • Familiar with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory requirements and Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) in APAC/Global Banking.​

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, data analytics and reporting software would be a plus.​

  • Experience in business analysis and business solutions in Global Banking.​

  • Experience in driving process improvements by using tools such as process mapping and design, data analysis and automation.

  • Experience in Project Management.

  • Experience in managing multiple complex initiative and competing priorities, completing milestones, and working toward multiple deadlines simultaneously.
