Key Responsibilities

Engage with callers to assess the severity of the situation
Gather and verify information from multiple sources (e.g., schools, family members, government databases)
Conduct risk and safety assessments for cases
Determine response times and appropriate routing of cases
Coordinate with agencies to ensure smooth handover of cases
Communicate with key family members to encourage agency involvement

Qualifications

A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay composed in high-stress situations and environments
Strong engagement, assessment, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Analytical and critical thinking abilities
Solid planning and administrative skills
