Job Duties
Ensuring daily smooth operations
Ensuring all relevant information is reported to respective stakeholders and recorded on a timely manner (i.e. non-compliance activities, faults, incidents)
Ensuring all daily, monthly, ad-hoc reports are submitted punctually
Handling emergency situations appropriately without compromising the functions of Operations Centre
Working with the Operation Manager on all business continuity plans, fire drills, evacuations exercises
Supervise and conduct periodic checks
Other daily operational and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Min GCE O level with 2 years of supervisory experience
Posses good understanding of service, experience in handling emergency procedures
Physically fit, enjoy working with the general public at outdoor environment
Additional Info
Work 2 days off 2 days (Rotating shift basis)
7.30am - 7.30pm & 7.30pm to 7.30am
