• As a Chef de Partie, you are required to work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef in order to assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of produce.


• The management of a section with the assistance of Commis Chefs


• The preparation and cooking of food to the restaurant specific standards


• Section stock control and rotation

• Monitor the production of food items to ensure they are in compliance with the prescribed recipes and


specifications. Adhere to all the standards of food presentation, production, and portioning controls.


• Ensure quality of food items according to the standards in place.

• Ensure all food products are stored properly in their appropriate fridges and storage containers throughout


shift.
