KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To deliver quality and high standards of service to customers
To handle customers’ enquiries and take orders
To perform basic cashiering duties
To scoop and serve gelato and beverages to customers
To replenish merchandise on the display shelves and counter whenever necessary
Ensure safe storage of all products in the storage room and sales floor
To perform general housekeeping to ensure and maintain the cleanliness of the area at all times
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 'N' and below; and 1 year of experience in the same capacity within the retail environment
Must be able to do heavy lifting of at least 10kg
Able to commit retail operation hours
Able to commit on weekends, public holidays and overtime as and when required
