Jobs Responsibilities:
Manage Division assets, ensuring timely updates and accurate records.
Tag, dispose, and transfer fixed assets in compliance with guidelines.
Conduct regular asset checks for audits and handovers.
Advise on fixed asset processes to ensure policy compliance.
Update SOPs for system processes.
Handle disposal of lab consumables and maintain inventory documentation.
Support development and distribution of the annual newsletter, including content collection, editing, and publication.
Requirements:
Singaporean Only
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or its relevant discipline
