Our Client is Innovative solutions provider specializing in engineering, technology, and services for diverse industrial applications.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support to corporate clients, managing orders and requests from start to finish.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including requests for quotations, service support, and documentation.
Prepare and submit accurate quotations to customers in a timely manner.
Handle and submit necessary documentation via customers’ management systems as required.
Proactively update customers on order status and shipment schedules.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of spare parts price lists for customers.
Coordinate with customers, forwarders, and internal departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely shipment execution.
Prepare and submit documentation to assist customers with customs-related queries.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and implement solutions effectively.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior roles with higher remuneration.
Capable of managing tight schedules, handling high volumes of requests, and maintaining composure under pressure.
Willing to work after office hours when required.
Experience managing multiple projects or engagements with short deadlines is a plus.
