L2/L3 - Advanced troubleshooting and response relating to product and source code level
• Advanced Troubleshooting
-Diagnose and resolve complex issues, including system errors, integration failures and advanced configuration problems
• Software Updates and Bug Fixes
-Apply patches, updates and resolve code-level bugs to ensure security and functionality
• System Integration
- Manage APls, middleware, database interactions
• Testing and Quality Assurance
- Conduct testing for updates, patches and new features to ensure stability
• Root Cause Analysis and Reporting
-Provide detailed RCA report for critical incidents
• Critical Issue Resolution
- Address high-priority incidents and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs
