COMMIS CHEF (Fry Station)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure chicken & fry station products are prepared and cooked according to SOP to ensure the highest standards
- Receive and arrange food ingredients into the Chiller/Freezer/Cold room/Freezer room/Storeroom using FEFO method
- Prepare food according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring the highest standards
- Ensure best quality of food
- Ensure no expired products are present in the kitchen at all times
- Ensure tiptop food hygiene standards
- Ensure cleanliness of the batterfry station and kitchen area
- Ensure that chicken & food are of the best quality to deliver the best guest experience
- Adhere to brand operations standards
Pre-requisites:
- With or without experience are welcome (training will be provided)
- Pleasant personality
- Proactive in learning
- Good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Need to work on weekends / Public Holidays / Shift Work
- 5 Day / 6 Day Work Week Packages Available!
Working Hours / Location
- Rotating shifts (Restaurant Operating Hours)
-AM/PM/Overnight shift available
Part-time position
From S$14-$16/hour (min. 22 work hours per week)
