Job Responsibilities: Customer Service cum Administrative Executive

  1. Customer ServiceServe as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer queries regarding limousine charter services. Address and resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a high level of service. Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive experience at every interaction.

  2. Scheduling and CoordinationManage and update the booking calendar to ensure optimal scheduling of limousine services. Coordinate with drivers to assign bookings and ensure timely service delivery. Monitor and adjust schedules in response to last-minute changes or customer requests.

  3. Administrative DutiesMaintain detailed and accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions. Prepare invoices and ensure timely follow-ups on pending payments. Assist in the preparation of reports and updates related to daily operations. Maintain and organize all administrative documents and files systematically.

  4. Operational SupportLiaise with the operations team to ensure vehicles are well-maintained and prepared for service. Communicate with customers regarding delays or unforeseen issues with their bookings.

  5. Marketing and Customer EngagementAssist in creating customer engagement strategies, including promotional offers and follow-up communications. Support social media and digital marketing efforts by addressing customer queries on online platforms.

  6. Other ResponsibilitiesHandle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management to support the company’s operations. Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing service quality.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in scheduling software and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
