Job Description:
In the frame of the Airbus FHS-TSP (Flight Hour Service – Tailored Support Package)
TSP Operations Maintenance representative function is to manage the daily operational delivery target and maintenance check TAT with direct implementation of Aircraft maintenance management and the contractual obligations to the customer of Airbus Flight Hour Services Tailored Support Package, including but not limited to Fleet Technical Management implementation, Airframe Maintenance management and execution, FHS component field management.
To handle and control the performance and delivery of solutions to the customer contract, on cost, time and quality by managing the relationship and services from various Maintenance Repair Organizations, external customers, subsidiaries and partners.
Responsible for Management of Maintenance and Technical Activities performed by the MRO on behalf of Airbus. Maintenance and Engineering interface between Airbus, its MRO and the Customer.
Ensures Maintenance activity is being performed in accordance with the latest approved Maintenance Schedule Documentation and Work Instructions.
Continuous improvement and refinement of processes and procedures with the latest industry and Airbus support tools, platform development and digitalization.
Available to work in a shift pattern, including weekdays and weekend, either with on-site presence or on standby
Base Operations and Aircraft end of lease
To achieve and improve the Turn Around Time and service expectations of maintenance checks, C-checks and HMV and fully support all other Maintenance programs and development in all areas of the business, demonstrating and decisively promoting Airbus core values throughout, upholding the importance of team work with the understanding of group ownership and a common goal attitude to recognize and resolve all issues with development of robust processes to also cultivate and inspire this mentality and work ethic into the MRO and partnership to prevent recurrence of issues.
Direct management and development of operations delease services from Airbus FHS handling all the additional responsibility and required soft skills that come with AC delease/AC owner technical acceptance and AC preparation and transfer to on-going Airbus customer Airlines. Balancing the commercial exposure and protection of the service with the expectation of the customer, owners and ongoing customers and Airlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Manages fleet dispatch reliability and ensure that fleet operates at the highest standards.
- Ensure customer requirements and expectations are met and surpassed.
- Ensure compliance with approved Maintenance Schedule and ensure Aircraft Maintenance activity is being performed in accordance with the Maintenance Documentation.
- Monitor MRO Aircraft Handling Procedures and Aircraft movement.
- Work directly with TSP engineering team and fleet health monitors (ENG) to offer real-time Air Craft management and direct actions with MRO service provider.
- Work directly with TSP Planning team (PLG) to ensure ground time availability for rectification and ongoing refinement of efficient maintenance action and schedule for short and long term planning.
- Work directly with TSP Spares Controller and Materials Management team (MM) and material management to ensure spares availability for rectification and continued feedback.
- Provide troubleshooting skills, based on existing troubleshooting manual and previously acquired experience follow up and plan all defect and delay follow up actions with ENG/PLG and MM.
- Meet and greet arrivals and departures. Support the MRO at the Aircraft and fully interact and assist flight crews where required.
- Coordinate maintenance activities performed by the MRO and implement improvements.
- Represent during MRO maintenance activity and attend daily meetings during maintenance input and Aircraft visits during maintenance actions.
- Coordinate handover of Aircraft Maintenance between Flight Line and Base Maintenance.
- Perform audit activities, define corrective actions and liaise with MRO/Vendor on implementation process.
- FCF support when required, ensure all provisions and planning have been coordinated and onboard support of functional check flight.
- Ensure that an Aircraft complies with Airworthiness requirements of Local Authority before Certificate of Release to Service is signed by MRO
- Report any safety related issues which occur during maintenance and ensure MRO takes corrective action to prevent recurrence.
- Support all the requirements of all TSP disciplines where required; within the scopes of Engineering, Planning, Material management, Business Administration and Quality
- Continued familiarization and update with use of airbus technical communication, documentation and return of experience support.
- Digital transformation and skywise platform development; to support and actively promote the application and development of skywise for local and global application and benefits.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Line or Base maintenance experience as LAE or similar within Airline operations.
- Airbus variant experience and robust technical knowledge on Airbus Aircraft types.
- Excellent understanding of Airline and MRO operational and maintenance process.
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills to function effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
- Continuous improvement understanding.
- Leadership skills and good soft skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in customer management.
- Capacity and flexibility to work in developing setup environment, independently and pragmatically.
