Working Hours: Monday-Friday 11am-8pm,Weekend and Public Holiday 10am-7pm
8 days off per month
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Monitor and manage store performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.
Sales and Customer Service:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.
Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
Education and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
