As a Machine Operator, you’ll contribute to producing innovative water filtration solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating machines efficiently to meet production targets.
Performing basic housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Assisting with simple maintenance or troubleshooting of machines.
Ensuring accurate reporting and documentation of production activities.
Supporting team operations to ensure smooth workflow.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for individuals who are:
Able to work a 12-hour fixed shift (day or night).
Reliable and maintain a perfect attendance record for additional incentives.
Willing to work overtime as required.
Comfortable working at the Tuas location.
What You’ll Get:
Basic Salary: $1,800 (gross $2,000–$2,200 with OT).
Shift Allowances: $9/day (Day), $15/day (Night).
Transport Allowance: $7/day for both shifts.
Attendance Bonus: $40/month (perfect attendance).
Healthy Lifestyle Incentive: $300 every 6 months with perfect attendance.
