Job Summary:
We are seeking talented and experienced Commis, Chef de Parties and Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing kitchen operations, creating innovative dishes, and maintaining high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a leadership role for Sous Chef
• Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
