Summary of Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
To manage F&B operation breakages report control ( Monthly )
Receiving all operating equipment and update on inventory list.
Monthly distribution of outlets breakages form
Tidy up B2 store equipment and upkeep inventory to date
Distribution of operating equipment to all outlet ( On loan / permanent issuing )
Work closely with RCCC stewarding Manager to up keep inventory control RCCC Equipment.
All new purchase equipment to be updated into inventory list and update breakages form.
Support Stewarding operation as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience required
Able to operate computer system well (Microsoft Office)
Good administrative skills
Hardworking
Basic knowledge of stewarding operating equipment
Able to perform weekend duties
