Research, plan, and arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, airport transfers, restaurant bookings, and activities.
Organize and manage detailed travel schedules.
Prepare and secure all necessary travel documents such as passports, visas, and travel insurance.
Coordinate with travel providers, airlines, and hotels to confirm arrangements and resolve any travel-related concerns.
Manage emails, organize the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, handle claims, and perform data entry tasks.

Job Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in office administration (finance industry or travel agency preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software.
Presentable, confident, and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Resourceful and quick-witted with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Capable of working independently and as a collaborative team player with high integrity.
