Job Info:

Salary: Basic up to $2400 + AWS + VB
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Location: Jurong East

Job Scope:

Prepare documentation for Engineers, including delivery orders, testing and commissioning documents, and safety paperwork
Support project activities such as monitoring follow-ups and outstanding tasks, coordinating schedules with vendors and users, and consolidating meeting minutes
Compile and prepare weekly reports, monthly project management updates, and customer reports
Collect and maintain subcontractor worker information quarterly
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Project Team
Identify opportunities for process improvements within administrative operations and implement solutions
Prepare and submit service quotations to customers, follow up on requests, and manage associated tasks
Assist the Finance Team with billing processes for modification jobs by collating and submitting necessary documentation
Support the Service Controller in sourcing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
