Wunderfolks is Singapore’s local pastry brand specialising in pastry such as tart, croissant, tiramisu and cookies. With 4 retail outlets under Wunderfolks and a dine in cafe under Cafe Barco islandwide. We are looking for suitable individuals who are interested in pastries and baking with a keen eye for details.
Pastry Chef Responsibilities
- Preparation of dough, ganache, batter.
- Type of pastry includes tarts, cake, canele, tiramisu and cookies.
- Lining and baking of tart shell
- Production and finishing of daily orders
- Follow the standard operation procedures and recipes given accordingly to ensure quality and consistency in the final product.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen at all time.
Baker Responsibilities
- Preparation of dough
- Type of bakes includes croissants, viennoiserie and bread
- Production and finishing of daily orders
- Follow the standard operation procedures and recipes given accordingly to ensure quality and consistency in the final product.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen at all time.
Job Requirement
- Passionate in bread or pastries, experience in pastries will be an added advantages
- Diploma/ certificate in bakery/pastries related field
- Minimum 1 year if relevant experience
- Able to multi task and work in a fast paced and dynamic environments
Job Information
- 5.5 day work week (Alternate 5 and 6 days week)
- Bakery or Pastry Team
- 730am to 430pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
