Job Responsibilities:
As a Service Crew Member, you will:
• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using the POS system.
• Serve dishes and beverages with attention to detail and proper presentation.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards, including clearing and sanitizing tables.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays is preferred.
