Main responsibilities:

  • Manage & execute the Material Requirement Plan of the plant

  • Run the material planning cycle for the plant to meet the Material Production Schedule (MPS)

  • Ensure the respect and proper update of multi-sourcing rules & master data related to the CMO/supplier (lead-times, costs by type of routes)

  • Apply the inventory policy for material & component

  • Translate the planning into execution by purchasing the required volume of materials / components in consistency with the production plan.

  • CMO/supplier sourcing budget and volume management with purchasing and Sanofi site

  • Work closely with production teams to ensure that material availability aligns with production schedules and capacity

  • Manage the materials onboarding process as the business process owner Lead the onboarding process of all materials required for the greenfield manufacturing site, and work with cross functional teams (Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Quality Control, HSE) to ensure that all materials required for commissioning & qualification activities are delivered on-time and in compliance to quality, safety, and statutory requirements. Work closely with HSE to ensure that all applicable permits and licenses are secured on-time for any importation and storage requirements. Holder of applicable permits and licenses. Might include the supervision of 1 or 2 material planners

About you

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in materials planning and inventory management in a manufacturing environment.

  • CPIM or related qualification preferred.

  • Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA or other ERP systems, focusing on MM, PP, and MDM modules

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages beneficial

  • Vendor Management: Strong vendor relationships, negotiation skills, and the ability to assess and select suppliers who can meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

  • Project Management: Effective planning, organization, and execution of material supply for greenfield site setup and product technology transfers, meeting project milestones.
