How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. Daily Plant Operations
- Conduct plant logging, routine checks, and equipment monitoring for nitrogen generators and auxiliary systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and troubleshoot plant anomalies, resolving issues to maintain reliability and uninterrupted product supply within contractual specifications.
- Manage bulk gas inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining accurate records.
- Perform preventive maintenance, planned shutdowns, troubleshooting, and system startups as per standard procedures, addressing unplanned shutdowns when necessary.
2. Safety, Quality, Risk, and IMS Management
- Adhere to HSE’s 12 Life-Saving Rules, 24 Safety Rules, and company quality protocols.
- Follow established procedures for managing spills, gas leaks, emergencies, and material handling while maintaining a safety-first attitude.
- Identify and mitigate workplace hazards, ensuring compliance with IMS standards and local regulations.
- Support project installations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational compliance requirements.
3. Customer Satisfaction
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring effective communication and support.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs to prevent complaints and enhance satisfaction.
- Manage daily operations to meet customer expectations and contractual requirements.
4. Staff Training and Development
- Participate in scheduled training programs to achieve operational competency.
- Continuously enhance skills and knowledge through internal and external training opportunities.
Are you a MATCH?
- Diploma in any engineering-related discipline or a Higher National ITE Certificate (or equivalent qualification).
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, particularly involving hazardous materials. Experience in semiconductor, chemical, or industrial gas industries is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles, as well as operational and maintenance practices.
- Willingness and ability to work 12-hour shifts as part of a rotating schedule.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and skill development.
- Open to hands-on responsibilities in a dynamic and safety-focused work environment.
