How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Thorough inspection, internal cleaning, drying, and pre-treatment of cylinders to remove any potential contaminants.
- This meticulous preparation is essential to maintaining product purity, ensuring compliance with the stringent safety and quality standards and requirements, and minimizing risks during the filling process.
- Understand filling facilities and be able to perform filling of cylinders according to SOP with minimum rejects and material losses.
- Understand hazards involved in handling gases and their processes and facilities; follow all plant IMS/ISO/TS procedures and practice to achieve zero accident.
- Focus on safety and its guidelines. To report near misses or unsafe situations or undesired behaviour. To implement SafeStart in daily activities. Understand and abide by the 12 Life Saving Rules (LSR) with zero violation.
- Be an active member of Site Emergency Response Team to take the roles such as Emergency Mitigator and First Aider.
- Maintain housekeeping on the working areas.
- Able to do minor troubleshooting of equipment & production rework calculations.
- Able to do minor maintenance on equipment & able to carry reworks independently.
- Able to do production monthly reports & provide guidance to the juniors or peers with the monthly reports.
Are you a MATCH?
- ITE or Diploma education level
- 3-5 years of working experience with process plant operations
- Relevant experience in chemical / oil & gas industries is an added advantage
- Safety mindset, good team player and can-do attitude
