About the Role:

• Support the Operating team for the Facilities Management and the related sustainability OSE and Energy audit report.
• Support the operation for consolidating the service report and additional repair and project work opportunities.
• Review the completed service report, collect the maintenance KPI parameters, and predict the possible breakdown in advance.
• Develop opportunities with ad hoc jobs from preventive and predictive maintenance parameters.
• Collect the KPI data from the monthly reports and prepare the profile charts.
• Collect the site equipment data and prepare life cycle analysis based on the equipment life span.
• Maintain the spare parts management.
• Maintain the vendor management.

About You:

• ACMV and sustainability knowledge is essential.
• MS Office is essential.
