Position Overview: As a Retail Sales Associate, you can experience how it is to be a lifestyle retailer during your course of work, learn more about the fashion industry and the fashion choices of shoppers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service - including on-the-ground service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Assist in finding products, providing information, and offering recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Prompt-following up with potential customers from online leads, via various communication channels.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked on shelves. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
And any other ad-hoc tasks given by the managers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in achieving high sales track record
- Resilient and Adapt well to fast changing environments
- Great listening and communication skills
- Willing to work on Public Holidays and Weekends

Schedule (3 shifts (~14-15hrs) per week, weekdays preferred):
- Shift 1: 12nn to 5pm (5hrs)
- Shift 2: 5pm to 9pm (4hrs)
- Monday to Sunday
Experience:
- Retail Sales: 2 years (Preferred but not compulsory)
