Job Responsibilities

Responsible for sourcing and procuring equipment, spare parts, and materials, including those required for steel fabrication and installation, as well as identifying contractors for various services.
Obtain quotations and prepare purchase orders efficiently.
Verify invoices and delivery orders prior to submission for HOD approval.
Maintain proper documentation and accurate records of relevant information.
Perform Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) entry and management within the MRP system.

Job Requirement(s):

At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with material sourcing, preferably in the metalwork fabrication industry (applicants from other industries are also encouraged to apply).
Proficiency in operating an MRP system is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Strong negotiation skills will have an added advantage.
