Who We Need
The Pharmacy Dispatcher will be responsible for delivering medications to and from the Pharmacy and various wards in the hospital/ inter hospitals.
Your key responsibilities are:
Ensure all sealed medication bags for dispatch are accounted for.
Deliver ward medications accurately and on time.
Maintain record of daily dispatches.
Assist in manning the Pharmacy counter and answering phone calls.
Check, receive and place newly delivered goods on the respective shelves.
Arrange and file printed purchase orders (POs) copies into the PO file.
Sort invoices by arranging them in alphabetical order.
Clear the incoming locker and pneumatic tube by collecting the returned items and/or paper orders from wards and place them into the correct baskets.
Assist ward staff in collecting the prepared ward stock and pack the fridge items for them.
Fill of ward stock list into the respective files at the end of the month
How to Succeed
Minimum PSLE.
Exhibits a good sense of responsibility and commitment towards the job and hospital.
Able to use Microsoft Office applications.
42 hours per week (Including rostered Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).
No working experience is welcomed.
