  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Accountabilities

Perform simple frontline operations which includes registration/appointment, scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties.
Provide excellent customer service.
Attend to patients’ general enquiries via phone and email.
Maintain high levels of hygiene for all products, equipment etc.
Maintain accurate stock records.
Prepare patients for procedures. (Training will be provided.)

Working location within walking distance from Bukit Panjang MRT and Kovan

Clinic Operating hours

5.5 days work week.

OR

44 hours of work per week

2 days rest per week (1weekday + 1 weekend)

Requirements

Diploma holders.
Experience in working with diverse group of professionals/personnel.
Frontline customer service experience is an added advantage.
Relevant work experience in healthcare and beauty industry would be an added advantage.
