Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day full set of HR matter.
- Participate in end-to-end recruitment process, from posting of job advertisements, reviewing of applications, salary benchmarking, arrange and conduct interviews.
- Handle Work Pass including work permit, S Pass and EP application, renewal & cancellation
- Prepare and conduct new staff onboarding and orientation.
- Monitor staff confirmation and handle disciplinary issues
- Manage and maintain employee's records in system
- Administer medical claim, leave application and Time Management HRMS
- Handle Payroll process and generate monthly payroll and reports independently
- Handle all employee related government matter like MOM survey, CPF submission, tax clearence (IR8A,IR21)
- Manage queries on payroll related matters promptly to all employees.
- Process foreign worker levy waiver claim for foreign employees
- Handling incoming operations calls/ emails and record on schedule accordingly
- Other office and operational administration duties assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field.
- Proficient in English
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
- Experience in HR software will be advantages
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
