The Role
As a Trolley Service Officer / Assistant, you’ll:
Retrieve and organize trolleys, wheelchairs, and baby strollers to designated points.
Ensure a steady supply of trolleys at key locations for passenger convenience.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of assigned work areas.
Assist passengers with luggage and basic customer-service needs.
Operate trolley transportation equipment and perform occasional cleaning tasks.
Follow operational guidelines set by the Operations Supervisor.
What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking individuals who:
Able to lift luggage (up to 25 kg) and push multiple trolleys.
Have a valid Class 2/3 license or permits for operating equipment (e.g., forklift).
Can commit to a 5-day work schedule with 1 rest day, from 10:20 PM to 6:40 AM.
Are open to learning new skills, including operating a scooter for trolley transport.
Possess basic customer-service abilities to assist passengers effectively.
Salary: $1560 basic + $100 night shift allowance + $150 skill allowance for scooter operations!
