  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support to passengers and the public throughout their airport experience
Address customer queries and feedback, offering effective solutions to meet their needs
Help passengers with flight-related questions, and recommend facilities, dining, and retail options
Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels, including calls, emails, chatbot, and social media
Handle on-site medical emergencies and incidents, escalating when necessary
Perform additional duties as assigned to support smooth operations

Key Requirements:

GCE "O" Level with at least 1 year of customer service experience
Proactive, resourceful, and a skilled problem-solver
Comfortable and confident interacting with passengers
Must be able to commit to rotating shifts
