  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Customer Care Executive

Location: Ang Mo Kio

️ Duration: 10th Feb 25 -1 yr

Salary: $2,600+ Incentives

Job scope:

️ To deliver personalized and high-standard professional service to customers on enquiries in effective and efficient manner

️Attend to customer’s complains and feedback

️ Handle calls within the First Call Resolution and only raise complex cases to Department Officer

️ Create or update customer interactions within the CRM to keep track of customers enquiries and history.

️Meet productivity components on both individual and team level

️ To meet quality components

️ To be cross trained in another skillset or domain







Requirements:

Prior call centre Experience preferred





Willing to undergo training that includes studying and memorizing content
