Job Responsibilities


Manage and respond to all AP & AR inquiries received via phone, email, WhatsApp, and mail
Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments through effective communication and coordination
Streamline invoice processing by collaborating with internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with GST regulations through accurate and timely e-filing of GST and invoices
Support the timely preparation for GST top-up by managing import permit filings and extractions
Assist with the weekly payment process and prepare necessary documentation
Prepare a working file for Singapore Customs & Singapore Food Agency (SFA) to key in purchase invoices
Build strong customer relationships by proactively resolving payment issues and ensuring a smooth payment experience
Accurately and timely disseminate statements/invoices to the correct Person-In-Charge (PIC), adhering to credit terms
Collaborate with customer managers to address overdue payments and mitigate credit risks
Provide weekly updates on AR to customer managers to support informed decision-making
Efficiently manage daily cash and cheque collections, ensuring accurate recording and timely bank deposits
Conduct thorough reviews of daily receipts to identify and resolve any discrepancies
Perform audit checks on signed invoices for easy retrieval upon customer requests
Ensure all AR invoices are properly filed and stored for future reference


Job Requirements


Diploma in any field
At least one year of work experience
Positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
Strong ethical and professional conduct
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and time-management skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
