Job scope
Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for senior team members to ensure efficient time management.
Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and
tracking follow-ups
Organize travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Draft, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain an efficient filing and document retrieval system.
Assist in preparing materials for strategic meetings, workshops, and events
Act as the primary point of contact for the Corporate Services team, liaising with internal departments and external partners.
Respond to inquiries and follow up on action items in a timely and professional
manner.
Coordinate team collaborations and monitor project timelines.
Provide support in planning and executing corporate events, patient engagement activities, and fundraising initiatives.
Track project deliverables and assist in managing logistics.
Support the execution of campaigns, workshops, and other initiatives.
Oversee office supplies, procurement, and vendor management.
Support onboarding processes for new team members.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirement
A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
Proven experience managing calendars, events, and communications for senior
management.
