We are hiring for our client in the Education Industry who is looking for a passionate Technical Support Officer (Operations) to join their growing team.
Contract Position
Requirement:
Good written and oral communication and administration skill
Proficient in IT Tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Series, Microsoft Sharepoint etc.
Responsibilities:
Support programs by setting up labs, assisting with classes and events, and ensuring the safe use of laboratory assets.
Maintain lab computers, running both Mac and PC platforms including operating system maintenance and optimisation, networking, specialised design, media, office software
Assist with design, video shoot and post-production
Manage administrative tasks, assist with projects and events, and support lab procurement processes
Coordinating with Vendors on equipment maintenance
Coordinate lab bookings with the Lab Manager and report monthly utilisation
Conduct bi-annual stock take of all equipment with the Lab Manager
Always work within the requirement of the guidelines and procedures
Support any other activities or events as determined by the Supervisor
