  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Responsibilities :

Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently.
Build a strong relationship with customer in terms of high confidence level with company
Communicate and follow-up with customer on the status of their shipments or deliveries.
Understand individual customer’s processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Achieve and monitor customer’s monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) closely.
Comply with company’s standard operating procedure (SOP) and quality policy.
Comply and meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 for Integrated Management System.
Ensure achieve IMS Policy and IMS objectives
Communicate with superior to improve department processes.
Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior.

Requirements :

2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
Knowledge or certification in ISO standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management)
Familiarity with implementing or working within ISO-certified environments.
