Daily Operations:
Man the ‘transportation’ and ‘carpark’ role-based email accounts.
Ensure that the shuttle bus and carpark operations are operating smoothly by working closely with the vendors.
Process invoices in Ariba for the following services:
Other Tasks:
Investigate and handle 2nd level complaints / issues.
Spot-check on vendors by conducting physical checks on the ground.
Manage event requests for use of carparks.
Work with vendor for carpark maintenance and re-painting of carpark lots.
Set up meetings for internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze data on operational issues as and when needed.
Keep proper records of documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Singaporean (s) only.
Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
