Position: Business Development Specialist
Work Location: Guthrie Building @ 150 Changi Road (5 mins walk from Eunos MRT)
Working Days: Mon - Fri
Working Time: 9am - 6pm

Duties and Responsibilities
Communication and perform follow up calls with Marketing Executives
Monitoring their sales activities and pipelines
Facilitate events training session
Possess excellent networking, presentation, communication & negotiation skills
Ensure integrity of enrollment data – correct customer contact details, banking information, customer type, active status, enroller, presenter and manager (immediate support team marketing executive)
Process phone order (minimal)
Making basic mentoring calls or Sales calls-Min 20 per day on PA2 & PA3
Making of rescue calls to retain customers who cancelled their membership
Handle queries from the field on business reports and commissions
Month end calls to MEs on their enrollment status & back dating processes
Sending SMS to MEs –Sales and follow up calls on attendance for Marketing & Events
Handle products enquiries from customers
Work closely with CS team (Malaysia) which handles SG hotline on all issue
Assist to handle incoming calls
