Job Description:
Responsible for AR and AP duties and handle full sets of Accounts
Collect the needed business records used for banking processes.
Do month-end closing activities.
Enter accurate data into the accounting system on time.
Preparation and submission of GST returns quarterly
Assisting in variance analysis, budgeting, management reporting and inventory management
Get reports from the accounting system for use.
Keep accurate financial records and statements.
Record and process all business transactions.
Record transactions and events about inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs.
Record transactions and events about sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash.
Use the appropriate information technology (IT) systems and tools for data analysis.
Prepare reports for management when required
Job Requirement:
Accounting/Business/Economics related qualification required
Good working knowledge of ERP system is an advantage
Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
A self-starter who can plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in accounting is an advantage
No experience is welcome, training will be provided
