  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities:


Ensure smooth operation of facility systems (HVAC, DI water, air compressors, cleanrooms, security).
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
Perform daily inspections, logging activities and abnormalities.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Respond to critical alarms and address breakdown calls.
Supervise contractors, ensure safety compliance, and provide training.
Monitor building systems (BMS/RMS) and utilities usage.
Assist in refurbishments, upgrades, and energy efficiency optimization.
Maintain inventory, tools, and safety records.
Perform ad-hoc maintenance duties as assigned by the Facility Manage.


Requirements:


Higher Nitec or Diploma in Facilities Management or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
At least 5 years of work experience related to project management, vendor management, building facilities, and/or maintenance of manufacturing facilities and cleanrooms.
Experience and knowledge of HVAC, compressed air, process gas, and purified water systems are essential.
Experience with electrical services (systems), including HV and LV systems and their operation, would be advantageous.
Knowledge of ISO 13485, SAP, and facility-related regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with FMCS and RMS systems would be advantageous.




Salary Range: Up to $3500

Contract Duration: 1 Year (Renewable)

Working location: Kaki Bukit

Working hours: 8.30am – 5pm
