SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation and cooking of Local Cuisine.
Exercise good cost and inventory management practices and controls.
Able to follow and cook according to menu planned.
Cook accordingly to correct number of portions for each meal period, without wastage.
Keep kitchen area, processing equipment, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized at all times.
Comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.


REQUIREMENTS

Applicants with 1-2 years of relevant culinary experience are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work in a team.
Able to manage stress well.

Working site: Admiralty Road West
