Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Sales Support: Assist in identifying and approaching potential corporate clients for partnerships, bulk orders, and event services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Help maintain and strengthen relationships with corporate clients by providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Proposal Development: Support the creation of tailored proposals and presentations for corporate clients, including pricing, menu customization, and service options.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, bubble tea live stations, and pop-up events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
  • On-Site Event Support: Help manage events on-site, including setup, coordination with the operations team, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting corporate sales and events services, including social media and email campaigns.
  • Data Management: Maintain databases for corporate sales leads and event clients, tracking communication, bookings, and feedback.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in café management or a similar leadership role in the F&B industry.
  • Have 1 year experience in Events Coordination and Sales.
  • Strong sales, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $3,500.00 per month
