Role and Responsibilities
- Initiate, set up, manage and execute strategic process improvement/ transformation projects to drive scalability for revenue growth and operational excellence, including progress tracking against clear success metrics
- Build and manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive enterprise-level projects and ensure efficiency across all internal operational functions, including but not limited to data management, bid management, inventory management, workflow digitisation
- Drive change management processes and communications plans across the organisation to ensure strong awareness, adoption and execution of process improvements and enhancements
- Conduct cross-functional process workflow deep dive reviews and root cause analyses to identify strategic areas of improvement/ transformation for growth
- Lead regular presentations and engagement sessions for senior management and across the company to drive adoption for new processes, workflows, key transformation changes etc.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 7-8 years of work experience
- Experience in setting up, managing and rolling out enterprise-level change projects with the ability to manage and prioritize across multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across the organisation to achieve results
- Experience with customer or business intelligence software and data analytics tools e.g. CRM, PowerBI
- Experience in change management (e.g. Prosci certification) highly preferred
- Experience in process/ project management (e.g. PMI, Six Sigma, Lean) highly preferred
- Self-motivated team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
