Job Description

• Position Title: Logistic Specialist (Shipping)
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,400 + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments and communication with forwarders.
• Manage shipping bookings and document follow-ups.
• Ensure all shipping documentation is prepared and shared with relevant parties.
• Oversee logistics for machine shipments, including crating and forklift coordination.
• Prepare key shipping documents and arrange crate fumigation as needed.
• Package and dispatch spare parts per marketing requests.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in shipping or logistics.
• Familiarity with Syspro Business software is advantageous.
