Assists cook to transfer cooking materials from Chiller, freezer to cooking area -(trolley.)
Assists to cook porridge and rice.
Assist cook - Preparing ingredients to use in cooking (Cutting, chopping and peeling vegetables, washing of vegetables
thoroughly before cooking, cutting meat, seasoning etc.)
Clean, wipe & Wash - worktables, walls, chillers, refrigerators, and chopping boards, pots, pans, table wiping cloth etc
Performs any combination of following duties to maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and proper orderly condition
They also assist the other kitchen staff in receiving goods from supplies.
To stock them in dry store, freezer, chiller in a FEFO orders.
To check all labelling - Contents & expiry date
Requirements:
Prior experience in F&B company
Able to work flexi-shift, public holidays and on roster
Good cooking skills in Local cuisine
