  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cleaning of room, bathroom and common areas according to the set standards and instructions.

  • Replenish and replace all supplies, amenities and lines as per established standard operating procedures.

  • Ensures all assigned rooms (check-out or make-up) are completed before the end of shift.

  • Attending to guest requests.

  • Reporting of any maintenance defects.

  • Reporting of any lost and found to the relevant department for their necessary actions.

  • To check that all room status is the same as the Room Attendant daily report.

  • Adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred.

  • Ability to follow cleaning standards meticulously, ensuring rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are cleaned to the highest standard.

  • Maintain a high standard of integrity by handling guest information and requests with honesty, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
