  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Ocean Freight Executive

This position directly reports to the Manager-Ocean Freight

Job Summary:

This Position is responsible for the Day-to-day Activities of Ocean Freight Import and Export Operations and Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Customer inquiries and quotations

  • Handle overseas offices inquiries and quotations

  • Accept Customer Bookings

  • Arrange for pick-up and deliveries

  • Process and prepare Documentation of Ocean Import/Export Shipments

  • Send Pre-alert to Customer

  • Make bookings with carriers

  • Monitor and update carrier schedules as required

  • Additional functions mandated by Management.


Summary of role requirements:
  • Flexible hours available
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Working rights required for this role
  • Expected salary: $3,000 - $4,000 per month
