Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. The ideal candidate for the role of Business Development Manager will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities with the company’s line of systems and products. This role will focus on driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies for our innovative product line, building strong customer relationships, and exceeding ambitious sales targets in the international market segement.

Be Part of Our Success

• Identify, qualify, and prioritize potential customers within target industries (e.g., defense, security and surveillance) and countries-of-interest;

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, proactive prospecting and closing of orders;

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers;

• Develop expertise in the company's product line, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages for effective engagement with target audiences;

• Collect market developments and conduct competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies;

• Collaborate effectively with other departments, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to develop compelling proposals and presentations.

Qualities We Value

• Preferably 5+ years of successful sales experience with strong network in regional markets; proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

• Experience with technical sales and solutions selling, and government contracting and procurement processes,

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to travel
