About the Role:
• The Marketing (Temp) role, Cushman & Wakefield Singapore will be responsible for development and execution of marketing and communications for Cushman & Wakefield’s commercial real estate business in Singapore.
• Duties include development and delivery of integrated and targeted marketing and communications campaigns to meet strategic business objectives. With a deep focus on clients across CRE and CWS business verticals, it would include market segmentation to heighten customer touch points, digital campaigns for lead generation, website maintenance, events management and collateral development and distribution.
• Work under Singapore and Southeast Asia BDS Head in repositioning the commercial real estate business by developing brand and positioning strategies and supporting go-to market campaigns and activation including but not limited to digital media channels, collaterals, marketing, and sales materials.
• Implement campaigns for the business focusing on transactional successes.
• Work alongside Singapore and Southeast Asia BDS Head to facilitate the digital transformation project implementation, including email marketing, Salesforce and leveraging the entire Cushman & Wakefield digital ecosystem to drive lead generation for the commercial real estate business.
• Work alongside the Commercial Real Estate Singapore and CW Services teams to identify and prioritise key existing and target clients and assist to generate and roll out relevant client engagement strategies.
• Track and report marketing metrics for all initiatives, generate monthly/quarterly reports as required and ensure regular internal promotion of marketing and communications successes.
• Maintain the database for the clients, run campaigns to promote thought leadership and strongly position the brand in the market vis-à-vis the competition.
About You:
• Minimally Bachelor's degree in Marketing and communication, or any other relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the commercial real estate or related sectors.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems like Salesforce, and campaign analytics.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and stakeholders.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality marketing materials.
