As an Associate Product Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for driving member growth and engagement for the business platform across APAC - with a focus on Southeast Asia (SEA) and India. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams from Product Marketing, Product, Editorial, Policy, B2B, BizOps, and more to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance the member experience. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required (for supporting the Indonesian market).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch impactful campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights.
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of marketing experience, especially in digital platforms.
• Strong team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required (for supporting the Indonesian market).
• Ability to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment
• Strong project management and creative problem-solving skills.
