Segment Marketing (45%):

• Support Marketing Lead of the Rest-of-UK (RoUK) portfolio on the planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies specific to Universities’ programmes under RoUK at PSB Academy:

• This includes overarching ATL and BTL strategies, messaging, lead generation, events/previews, branding, and partnerships for the assigned portfolio.

• Assist in developing, controlling, and/or managing vendors pertaining to creatives and content marketing.

• Update information on website CMS, and work with the internal digital marketing team for performance-based activities for assigned portfolio.

• Work closely with the Central Marketing team to ensure alignment of the PSB Academy brand narrative and strategic direction to that of the assigned portfolio.

• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure the marketing campaigns and activities support business and sales objectives.

• Assist in monitoring, optimising, and reporting campaigns and leads generation activities across different media channels.

• Collect market intelligence, conduct market analysis, and understand each location's marketing channels and costs to budget sensibly for each location.

Social Media Management (45%):

• Support Manager of Social Media, for PSB Academy’s social media accounts. Priorities of these accounts ranked as follows:

• XiaoHongShu (XHS)

• Lemon8

• YouTube

• Instagram and Facebook

• LinkedIn

• Any others

• Manage social media content and calendar with a primary focus on the Mandarin-speaking audience in Singapore on XHS.

• Work under the guidance of the Social Media lead, and collaborate with In-Field Marketing department to curate, repurpose or share contents on XHS.

• Provide editorial and posting support for other social media accounts.

Budget Management (10%):

• Analyse available data to evaluate ROI of each marketing effort.

• Regular monitoring and reporting on budgeting spent against planned marketing activities.

• Ensure marketing expenses are kept within budget.

Others:

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer(s)

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business and Public Relations or equivalent1-3 years of experience

• Excellent integrated marketing and project management experience

• Experience in social media marketing and Google Ads is advantageous

• Ability to work in a matrix environment with cross-functional departments

• Ability to multi-task with a high level of initiative and sound business acumen

• Independent and dynamic personality

• Able to manage Mandarin language social media applications

• CRM knowledge in HubSpot is preferred

• Proficient in suite of Microsoft Office applications

• Able to commit to supporting and/or leading events in the evenings and weekends when required. (Non-extensive)
