Our Risk Management Generalist - Client Services team focuses on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage clients regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk.
We are currently seeking a suitable candidate to join the team as a Risk Management Manager to provide support to the Risk & Quality team on reputation, risk and quality and risk management matters, including providing advice on risk strategies and initiatives as well as in the development and maintenance of quality control compliance processes, tools and templates.
Key responsibilities:
Provide advice to Assurance engagement teams as a risk consultant with regards to internal policy and procedures, external regulations and contractual matters
Develop and / or update practice aids and tools to assist practitioners in their service delivery to external clients
Lead and roll-out various risk and quality–related initiatives
Plan, design and implement new risk management initiatives with a view for efficiency with the use of technology
Provide external inspection and internal review support
Oversee risk management related quality management monitoring processes as part of quality control procedures
Develop and deliver grade and time-appropriate training
Ad-hoc projects
About you
At least 5+ years of experience as an auditor or in an audit firm in a similar role
Possesses a high level of resilience and positive work attitude
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Possesses the confidence and maturity to deal with all levels of staff
